MeetIndi is the product surface of Indigloo Technologies Inc., a Toronto-based operator team. We ship one focused thing: the universal AI voice layer that turns inbound calls into captured revenue for service businesses, with Real Estate as the flagship intelligence vertical.

Three sites, one umbrella.

meetindi.com is the product: universal AI voice for inbound-driven service businesses. Real Estate is the flagship intelligence package. Mortgage and legal are controlled next pilots; other service categories begin as Voice templates.

shawn.build is the builder brand: how MeetIndi actually gets shipped, plus open-source infrastructure like Beacon (operator observability). For the story behind the team, the tooling, and the weekly cadence, that's where to look.

indigloo.com is the holding-company umbrella — the commercial entity behind both. Nothing public lives there beyond the corporate disclosure.

02 · Why this

Inbound calls don't wait.

Most software built for service businesses is either a CRM (tracks what happened) or a transaction tool (tracks what's happening). The gap is everything that happens before a record exists — the ring at 8:47 PM, the voicemail nobody returns, the lead that rings the next number on the list thirty seconds after yours goes unanswered.

MeetIndi sits in that gap. Indi, our voice AI, answers every call the way a great receptionist would — warm, specific, context-aware. She captures structured lead data during the call, books the right next step, follows up by SMS inside a minute, and writes a clean note to your CRM. Your team wakes up to a reviewed queue, not a voicemail inbox.

That's the whole pitch. Not an AI platform, not a receptionist replacement, not a CRM. The universal voice layer that turns conversations into captured pipeline. Deeper intelligence ships only where the operating evidence supports it, starting with real estate.

03 · Pilot program

Shipping in public.

Our first pilot vertical is real estate. Sam McDaddy's brokerage — a six-office, multilingual GTA operation with a seventh office opening in Toronto — went live on the pilot tenant with real inbound traffic. The voice stack is running production today, and the real-estate intelligence package is the first one we shipped on top of it.

We are deliberately quiet on pilot numbers at this stage. A fourteen-day-old deployment is not a case study, and publishing numbers before they're stable would violate our own rule against fabricated marketing metrics. When the pilot reaches a point where the numbers reflect real operating behavior — not go-live noise — we'll publish them with a named quote.

04 · Operator note

Small team. Small promise.

Indigloo Technologies is a Toronto founder-operator shop, not a VC-scaled startup. Our promise list is intentionally narrow: Indi picks up every call, captures structured data, and writes it to your CRM. We don't promise unlimited minutes, we don't promise unlimited seats, and we don't promise you'll ship a new marketing channel by next quarter. What we won't do is detailed on the security page.
