What is Starter Activation?
Starter Activation is the reviewed launch path: $9.99 CAD for 14 days, 100 voice minutes, 1 phone number, and up to 5 users once provisioning is approved. It is hard-capped, business-only, and reviewed before any monthly conversion. The default recommendation is Commodity Voice Essentials.
Is the Starter Activation fee refundable?
It is non-refundable except where provisioning fails within 24 hours of signup, including a Twilio number assignment failure, onboarding system error, or similar infrastructure failure.
What is the difference between Commodity Voice and Integration Voice?
Commodity Voice is for operators without a CRM and includes voice answering, scheduling integrations, missed-call recovery, logs, transcripts, and knowledge-base configuration. Integration Voice adds native CRM write-back, lead scoring, intelligent routing, and structured post-call handoff data.
What happens if I go over my minute cap?
Commodity Voice tiers bill overage at the rate shown on each card. Integration Voice tiers do not bill automatic overages; we review the plan with you before increasing CRM-synced usage.
Can I change plans mid-month?
Yes. Upgrades apply immediately and are prorated. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.
Do you offer annual contracts?
Voice tiers are month to month unless a larger rollout needs an annual or custom-term contract. Intelligence-layer deployments are application-reviewed.
Is Canadian pricing required? What about US customers?
CAD is the primary commercial framing on this launch page. US operator checkout and order-form flows can be denominated in USD where applicable.
How does CASL compliance work on SMS?
Every outbound SMS requires an immutable consent log entry. Consent is captured in-call before the first SMS and stored per CASL requirements. If a caller has not opted in, no SMS is sent.
Can I cancel anytime?
Month-to-month Voice plans can be cancelled at any time, with access retained through the end of the paid period. Enterprise contracts follow the terms negotiated in the agreement.
